Unless specified otherwise in the service, I will give regular updates throughout the process. I expect you to be as responsive to avoid miscommunication and mistakes.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
SKETCH: A sketch takes a few days or less to be delivered, depending on the demand.STICKERS SHEET: A stickers sheet takes a few days to 1 week to be realized, depending on the demand. (This doesn't include shipping time.)CHARACTER PORTRAIT: A portrait takes a few days to 1 week to be delivered, depending on the demand.FULL BODY CHARACTER: A full body takes 1 week or more to be delivered, depending on the demand.FULL RENDER ILLUSTRATION: An environmental illustration takes 3 weeks to 1 month or more to be delivered, depending on the demand.USE
Personal use: You MUST credit me if you wish to use your request publicly.Commercial use: Only for digital use in projects such as video game assets, digital media, or other online platforms. The completed request is licensed exclusively for the agreed upon project and cannot be resold, reproduced, or distributed in any physical or digital form as merchandise. Credit is very much appreciated.USING MY SERVICES FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Personal use: I fully reserve the rights on the final drawing and the way I use it on my socials and personal portfolio.Commercial use: I reserve the rights on the way I use the request on my socials and personal portfolio once the request is completed and sent. (Unless NDA required).PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All the prices are in EUR (€). Payments upfront via PayPal. Refunds will only be applicable during the sketching phase. Once a sketch has been agreed upon and work on the final piece has begun, refunds are no longer applicable and will not be accepted. There is no refund possible for the SKETCH service.~~~
