Last update: August 16, 2026Throughout the following terms, the use of 'I', 'me', and 'my' refers to the artist (Renichu), while 'you' and 'your' refer to the customer.This contract applies to all the services presented on this page and on the artist's external profiles on the platforms ko-fi.com and vgen.co. By ordering a service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:GENERAL
You can view my available services and submit commission requests directly on VGen and Ko-fi. I also accept inquiries and custom requests via Instagram DMs or email at [email protected].• What I CAN Draw: Original characters, fan arts, real people, natural and rural backgrounds, interiors and exteriors• What I WILL NOT Draw: NSFW, gore, mecha, complex architecture and perspective, anything making me uncomfortableCOMMUNICATION & WORKFLOW
Unless a tier is explicitly designated as a "Surprise Me" service (where no progress updates are sent and the final piece is delivered directly), I will provide work-in-progress updates at key project milestones (sketch, base colors and final preview).Clients are expected to reply within 48–72 hours to approval requests related to these milestones. Significant delays in client communication will pause the project and automatically extend the estimated completion deadline.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All prices are listed in EUR (€). Full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice before work begins. Please note that any currency conversion or international transaction fees charged on your end by PayPal/your bank are the client's responsibility.Refund eligibility:• Before Work Begins: 100% refund for any service.• During the Sketch Phase: [50%–70%] partial refund to compensate for time and labor already spent.• After Sketch Approval: Once the sketch is approved and work on the final piece begins, no refunds will be issued.• Non-Refundable Services: Standalone "Surprise Me" commissions are strictly non-refundable once work has started.If I am unable to complete your project due to unforeseen personal circumstances, you will receive a full refund.Unauthorized PayPal chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate blacklist and complete forfeiture of all usage rights to the artwork.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated turnaround times begin once payment is received and work officially commences. Timelines may vary depending on queue volume, project complexity, or unforeseen personal/real-life circumstances. If any significant delay occurs, I will notify you promptly.• Sketch: 1–3 business days• Portrait: 3–5 business days• Sticker Sheet: 7–10 business days (excludes physical shipping time)• Landscape: 5-7 business days• Full Body: 5-10 business daysNote: These are estimates, not guaranteed hard deadlines. If you require delivery by a specific date, this must be notified in your request and may be subject to a 20–50% rush fee (depending on how close the deadline is).COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I retain full intellectual property and moral rights to all commissioned artwork, including the right to display the final piece across my social media and portfolio (unless an NDA/private delivery is agreed upon beforehand).• Personal Use: Artwork is for non-profit personal use only (e.g., icons, headers, personal printing). Public reposting requires clear credit to one of my official links available at the bottom of this page.• Commercial Use: Artwork may not be resold, reproduced, or used for monetized projects/merchandise without an agreed-upon commercial license and fee (available as add-on). Credit is appreciated on the finished product where applicable.• Prohibited Uses: Artwork may not be used for AI dataset training, claimed as the client's original creation, or minted into NFTs/blockchain assets.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I often receive tattoo design requests for this service. You must know I am NOT a tattoo artist and I cannot say I have enough knowledge about that practice. This service is not made to give you a clean/finished design, but rather a visual base for you (and eventually your tattoo artist) to work on. That means you can always request a tattoo design, but keep that note in mind. This is a SKETCH service. Thank you! <3
